Every assignment begins with a sharp position profile that brings together competencies, cultural fit and search strategy. From there, we map the market and present a well-founded longlist with our recommendation. We then select 3 to 5 qualified candidates, each supported by a comprehensive profile. We guide the process through to a signed offer and stay involved during integration — focused on long-term retention. Because a successful search isn't measured on day one, but after year one.

How long does a typical search take?

Most assignments are completed within 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and the market. We keep you informed of progress throughout the entire process.

What if the placed candidate leaves early?

We offer a guarantee period. Should the candidate leave within that timeframe, we resume the search at no additional cost.
